Returns & Refunds

Every effort is made to ensure you receive a high-quality product. All our products are checked and securely packaged before dispatch and leave our premises in perfect condition. If you receive your goods and they are damaged or you are unhappy with the condition of the product, please contact us immediately.

If the product was damaged in transit please retain the product and the packaging, as the courier or NZ Post may need to see this as part of the claims process that Greenfield Honey will initiate. Please do not post damaged products back to Greenfield Honey.

If Goods are returned by you, or if you make a claim in writing to us in relation to the Goods, the claim must be made in writing to us within 14 days of delivery or collection; and you must supply the date and order number relating to the Goods; and we must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale or clearance items (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given if you change your mind on the product.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is within New Zealand only.

Unless we agree otherwise, Goods will be shipped to the address supplied at the time of the customer ordering.

We assume no liability or responsibility for incorrectly entered address’ resulting in the Goods being delivered to the wrong address.

No delivery will be made until the Goods have been paid for in full unless by prior arrangement.

Items will be shipped the day after payment is received, earlier if there is availability and will generally take 2-4 working days.

Items will be posted unless otherwise specified.

If multiple orders are made then please let us know as we might be able to combine shipping if possible.

If payment is made at time of ordering by a credit card, then all your information is kept secure. Greenfield Honey uses SSL and all payments are handled by a secure PCI compliant third party. We will not/cannot disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the way your personal information will be handled by these providers.

We do not have the ability to hold, store or have access to any of your bank account details if paying by direct credit. Any personal information held by us is not shared to any third party and is kept confidentially and used only for the purpose of completing the order or contacting you about your order.

We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So, you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings.
